Commercial, residential and government acoustics: nine engagements since 2011.

Towers inherit traffic noise through their facades and export plant noise from their roofs, while government complexes carry representational and functional demands at once. Nine engagements in Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Kuwait and the UAE, including facade and partition testing, 3D traffic modeling and per-elevation insulation ratings.

Towers inherit traffic noise through their facades and export plant noise from their roofs, while government complexes carry representational and functional demands at once. Our nine projects include facade and partition testing plus 3D traffic modeling at King Abdullah Financial District, the full noise and vibration study for the Ministry of Culture in Riyadh, the National Bank of Kuwait, Al Zorah in the UAE, and residential work from Beirut Terraces to BLF Nahr, where our model derived the insulation rating each elevation actually needed. Deriving ratings per elevation protects budgets as often as it protects interiors.
