These terms govern your use of this website. They are short on purpose. If you appoint us, the terms of that appointment are set out in the appointment itself and they govern the work.
Use of this site
This site is published by G Universe S.A.R.L., St Georges Center, Bloc E, 1st Floor, Jal el Dib, Mount Lebanon. You may read it, print it, and share links to it. Please do not interfere with the site, attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not published, or use it in a way that disrupts it for anyone else.
Technical information is general information
The technical material on this site, including service descriptions, briefings, case studies, standards references, figures, and tables, is published as general information about acoustics and about how we work. It is not project-specific engineering advice, it is not a design, and it is not a substitute for an appointment. Acoustic requirements depend on the building, the site, the applicable code and specification, and the criteria the project is held to, and none of those can be read off a web page.
Do not rely on anything published here for a design decision, a procurement decision, or a compliance decision without appointing an engineer, us or anyone else, to advise on your project. Where we quote or summarise a code, a standard, or a rating system, you should read the current issue of that document yourself.
Accuracy
We take care with what we publish and we date material where the date matters. Codes, standards, and rating systems are revised, and a page that was accurate when published may not stay accurate. We may change or remove anything on this site at any time without notice.
Content ownership
The text, figures, diagrams, layout, and design of this site are the property of G Universe S.A.R.L. unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Please do not reproduce substantial parts of the site, or use its material commercially, without our written permission.
Third-party marks
Client names, project names, brand names, logos, standards designations, and rating system names that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used to identify work we have delivered and documents we work to. Their appearance here does not imply that those owners endorse, sponsor, or are affiliated with G Universe beyond the project relationships described.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a document or a site we do not control, we link to it because it is the source we relied on. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or availability, and a link is not an endorsement.

This site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, G Universe S.A.R.L. is not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, material published on this site, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
