Attach files: optional. Drawings and reports are best sent by reply email once we answer. For larger or confidential sets we send you a OneDrive file-request link in the reply, so nothing has to go through a messaging app.

What happens next

  1. A senior engineer reads your enquiry and replies within one working day.
  2. A short call, usually 20 minutes, to establish whether the problem needs a survey, a model, or a test.
  3. A written scope and fee proposal for the phase you need.

Your enquiry and any files you send are treated as confidential. We do not share them outside G Universe, other than with the providers that host this site, deliver its email, and carry our mailbox, which are Cloudflare, Resend and Microsoft 365, and we never use them in marketing. If the matter is confidential, say so and we will send an NDA before you send drawings.
