Projects

Hospital, clinic and campus acoustics: seven engagements since 2014.

Recovery, privacy and speech intelligibility are functional requirements in these buildings, and LEED healthcare criteria add measurable targets. Seven engagements in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, from patient room mock-ups tested on site to a 500-seat auditorium and eight video conferencing learning centres.

Some engagements, particularly for government and defense-related clients, are described by sector and scope only, and some are not published at all. References and contact details for named projects are available on request. Our Saudi work has its own page: acoustic consultants in Saudi Arabia.

Healthcare and education

Recovery, privacy, and speech intelligibility are functional requirements in these buildings, and LEED healthcare criteria add measurable targets. Across seven projects we have designed hospital acoustics to LEED requirements at NDU Medical Center, designed and tested patient room mock-ups at King Faisal Medical Center in Riyadh, and delivered facade specifications and rooftop plant isolation at AUBMC. On the education side, the 500-seat auditorium at Riyadh American School and eight video conferencing learning centers at the Lebanese American University both came down to one question: whether speech survives the room.

An engineer will email you the reference list, with a note on which projects are closest to yours, usually within one working day.

An engineer emails it, usually within one working day, with a note on which projects are closest to yours. We reply to that address; nothing else is sent to it.
