Privacy notice
This page explains what this website collects, why, how long we keep it, and who else handles it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are
G Universe S.A.R.L., St Georges Center, Bloc E, 1st Floor, Jal el Dib, Mount Lebanon. We are the controller of the personal data described below. The Managing Partner is accountable for how it is handled.
What we collect
The contact form collects your name, your company, your email address, your phone number, the country of your project, and the message you write. Company and phone are optional. If you attach or later send drawings, reports or photographs, we hold those too.
The reference-list form collects your email address only.
Apart from the two technical items described under "Analytics and cookies" below, we collect nothing else. There is no account, no login, no newsletter list, and no profile.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
To answer your enquiry, and, where you asked for it, to send the project reference list. The basis is your own request to us and our interest in replying to it properly. We do not use your details for marketing. We do not sell them, rent them, or share them for anyone else's purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and the details submitted with them are kept for 24 months, then deleted. If your enquiry becomes a project, the project record is kept under the terms of that appointment instead.
Who else sees it
Three service providers handle this data on our behalf.
Cloudflare hosts this website and receives the form submissions. Resend delivers the resulting email to us and sends you the acknowledgement. Microsoft 365 carries our email, so every enquiry reaches us through it. All three act on our instructions. Nobody else receives your details.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking technology. We do not measure visits at all: this site runs no analytics of any kind.
Two technical things do happen, and this notice lists them so that the section is complete rather than merely reassuring. To keep automated software from flooding the forms, each form endpoint counts how many submissions have arrived from an internet address in the past hour. That count holds the address for one hour and is then deleted automatically. It is never linked to your enquiry and it is used for nothing else.
And if you follow a link that asks about a named briefing or a named project, your browser keeps that title for the tab you are in, so that the contact form can fill it in for you rather than asking you to retype it. It is stored only in that tab, it disappears when you close it, and it is not sent anywhere by itself. It reaches us only if you then choose to send the form.
Confidentiality of project material
Your enquiry and any files you send are treated as confidential. We do not share them outside G Universe, other than with the three providers named above that host this site, deliver its email, and carry our mailbox, and we do not use them in marketing, on this website, or in a proposal to anyone else. If a matter is confidential, say so in your first message and we will send an NDA before you send drawings.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to info@g-universe.com and say which of those you want. We will reply. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can raise it with the Managing Partner at the same address.
